La bellísima Lugano - Beautiful Lugano

Estoy enamorada de esta pequeña ciudad a orillas del Lago del mismo nombre.
I am in love with this little city washed by the Lugano lake.

Esta ciudad está tan limpia, el aire es tan puro y hay tanta paz.....

This city is so clean, the air is so pure and it is so peaceful.....

Nosotros llegamos desde Como, Italia, por tren en un paseo de 20 minutos y aunque se atraviesa la frontera desde Italia a Suiza (no olvidemos que Lugano está en el cantón italiano de Suiza llamado Ticino) se hace todo el trayecto de una sola vez aunque a veces hay que cambiar de tren justamente en la frontera.

Lugano es la tercera ciudad en importancia financiera de Suiza y tiene 55,000 habitantes.

We got there from the italian city of Como by train in 20 minutes and despite of the fact that there is a country border in between (Lugano is in the Ticino, italian swiss canton), it is possible to make the route with a train exchange in the swiss border or with a direct train.

Lugano is the third most important financial city of Switzerland and it´s got 55,000 inhabitants.

Vitoria: verde y medieval.

Este inicio de primavera comencé mis recorridos por la bella ciudad de Vitoria, que como sabemos todos los que vivimos en España, es la capital del País Vasco español y la sede del gobierno de dicha comunidad, el Palacio de Ajuria Enea. Fuimos en tren desde Madrid, muy cómodo, solo se tarda una par de horas y se llega al mismo centro de la ciudad.

To start my trips this spring after a long Winter term we went to visit the beautiful city of Vitoria, capital of the spanish Basque Country. The site of the Presidency of that community is the Palace of Ajuria Enea. We went from Madrid by a very confortable train, two hours ride and yo get right in the city centre.
